| Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern (i.e. diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, etc.) or if you are on any medication (i.e. heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, etc.) Broken Appointments: If for some reason you cannot make it to your appointment, please contact our office at (928) 634-2121. By doing so you allow another patient to use that time as well as reschedule your appointment. If it is after hours leave your name and number and a brief message on our answering machine and we will return your call in the morning. There will be fewer of the longer, more complicated appointments. These are scheduled early in the day during work or school hours which allows us to give you the attention needed for more complicated procedures. Cancelled or missed appointments can adversely affect your progress. Please be on time. Your appointment may only be ten minutes long, If you are late your allotted time may be over, and to see you would put others behind. We retain the right to reschedule any late arrivals as necessary. We will endeavor to stay on time as well. Tip: Always schedule your next appointment before you leave the office. This allows you the broadest selection in appointment times. |
